I want to say thank you so much for the Silversaver. We have at least one in all of 7 Colonial Café’s. The Silversaver works amazingly well, We can’t believe how mush silverware we are pulling of the trash cans. The Silversaver even pulled out one of our expensive Chef knifes, we will save thousands of dollars in silverware & small wares cost in each location this year.

I just finished reading “How to Open and Operate a Profitable Restaurant”. It is helpful. I am having my new staff read through it as well and we have planned 8 meetings over the next 2 weeks to work through some of the examples.
